Every Tattoo Has a Story.
At InKeepsakes, we understand that your tattoo often represents something deeply personal—a milestone, a loved one, a memory, or a piece of your journey. That's why every order is reviewed, crafted, and inspected with exceptional care before it leaves our workshop.
While custom-made keepsakes cannot generally be returned, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If we make a mistake, we'll work with you to make it right.
Because every tattoo has a story, and every story deserves to be treated with respect.
Every InKeepsakes product is handcrafted specifically for you using your uploaded tattoo artwork. Because each keepsake is custom-made, we ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All InKeepsakes products are made to order.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified because your product is being created specifically for you.
Artwork Approval
If your order requires artwork clarification or approval, production will not begin until we receive your confirmation.
Please review any proofs carefully before approving them.
Once artwork has been approved, InKeepsakes is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Returns
Because every keepsake is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Customer-uploaded artwork
- Customer-approved artwork
- Personalized engraving requests
Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item at no cost
- Repair the item (when appropriate)
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Please photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.
This helps us file claims with the shipping carrier and resolve your issue more quickly.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once engraving or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
